Cryder’s investment objective is to compound capital sustainably at a rate of approximately 15% which they have achieved over their first 8 years.

They are committed to true partnership with their investors with open and transparent dialogue.

3 Reasons Why We’re Partnered with Cryder

  • Cryder think like business owners rather than traders and seek to compound capital for the long term by investing in well-managed businesses with strong and sustainable competitive positions, good growth prospects, and high returns on capital. The portfolio consists of approximately 13-15 highly liquid positions at a time. The team only want to invest in businesses they consider to be superior in terms of their: (i) capacity to deliver growing free cash flow reliably; (ii) value; and (iii) capital allocation acumen and discipline.

  • The team have proven investment judgement based on decades of experience in corporate finance, private equity and as investors in public companies. Investment decisions are preceded by substantial due diligence and analysis consistent with the work one would otherwise expect from a leading PE firm prior to acquiring 100% of a company.

  • The investment team and approach have not changed since inception in 2012.
